Declaring the correct value, description, and contents of shipments
Reviewing the Import Prohibition List before shipping
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, fines, or seizure by customs authorities.
TGL Freights Limited does not accept prohibited or restricted items as defined by customs and regulatory authorities.
Any shipment found to contain prohibited items may be refused, delayed, seized, or destroyed
The company will not be liable for losses arising from prohibited shipments
Customers are advised to confirm item eligibility before shipping.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging of their cargo
Packaging advice provided by TGL Freights Limited is guidance only
The company reserves the right to inspect cargo before shipment
Improperly packed cargo may be refused or repacked at the customer’s cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, cargo type, shipping method, and destination

Delivery timelines provided are estimated, not guaranteed

The company assists with customs processes but does not control customs decisions
Any customs duties, taxes, penalties, or inspection fees are the responsibility of the customer
Cargo insurance may be available upon request
Without insurance, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law

Force majeure events
Customs inspections
Acts beyond company control
Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery
